Return Policy

Exchanges – If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@theshirtshowusa.com within 10 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Returns – We’ll accept return requests for items that have not been worn or washed. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 15 days of the date you received your item.

To begin the return process, please send an email to support@theshirtshowusa.com with the following information:

  • Your name, address, and phone number.
  • Date of purchase and order number (if available).
  • A description of the item and a brief explanation of the problem with the item.

Refunds – Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Banks differ in the time it takes to process a refund, so it may take a few days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.

Final Sale Items – If the item is marked final sale, clearance, last chance, or otherwise indicated as discontinued, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
